Password Reset
  1. Enter your SDMS ID and your email address which was registered for your account, and submit the form. The system confirms that an email has been generated and sent out to your inbox.
  2. Within a few minutes, you should receive that automatically generated email. It contains a link that opens the application for step (3). Please note that the link will only be valid for 15 minutes after you submitted the below reset form. Once the link expired, please re-start with step (1).
  3. Click the link in the email. The application opens and allows you to enter a new password respecting the password requirements.
  4. After the new password has been accepted, navigate to the login page and enter the application with your SDMS ID or your email address and the recently created password.
